Od kandydatów oczekujemy:
Minimum dwuletniego doświadczenia w sprzedaży rozwiązań informatycznych (preferowana branża transportu publicznego). Znajomości zagadnień związanych z implementacją projektów informatycznych (etap realizacji projektu). Znajomości zagadnień telekomunikacyjnych i IT. Praktycznej umiejętności prowadzenia: prezentacji, negocjacji. Łatwości nawiązywania i utrzymywania kontaktów (zdolności interpersonalne). Doświadczenia w pracy z firmami trzecimi (podwykonawcami, konsultantami etc.). Biegłej znajomości języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie. Otwartości i umiejętności szybkiego uczenia się. Od kandydatów oczekujemy:
Znajomości Microsoft Reporting Services, lub analogicznych aplikacji. Znajomości Microsoft SQL-Server. Przynajmniej 3-letniego doświadczenia w zakresie pracy z systemami Hurtowni Danych i tworzenia raportów. Umiejętność tworzenia dokumentacji projektowej. Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (w mowie i piśmie).
Dodatkowymi atutami będą:
Doświadczenie w tworzeniu aplikacji internetowych przy użyciu ASP.NET / Silverlight. Certyfikat Microsoft SQL-Server i / lub Business Intelligence. Znajomość oprogramowania Subversion. Znajomość języka niemieckiego (większość klientów używająca naszych rozwiązań znajduje się w Niemczech i Szwajcarii).

We seek a member of a cross-site multi-national development team, using Scrum methodology, who will deal with such tasks as:
Architecture and Design of new Control Centre client modules - in Java/Eclipse Coding of new features as part of new dispatcher user interface Unit and integration testing, bug fixing Software Documentation Estimation and planning of new features Management of development environment
We expect from our candidates:
Good English: verbal and written. Degree in software engineering. Hands-on experience with developing distributed software systems, client/server systems. Hands on knowledge of Java / JEE. Good communication skills.

The demands of addressing climate change lead to an increasing need to provide better and more efficient public transport operations. Our systems are used by world cities like London, Atlanta, Zurich, Hamburg and hundreds of government and commercial organizations across Europe, North America, Africa and Asia Pacific. The company runs offices in Canada, USA, Switzerland, Poland and several other countries.
Your challenge!
Our systems contain elements from across many technical disciplines - in fact our systems combine so many areas that there is always a new challenge around the corner for motivated engineers. For our international project implementations we are searching for Vehicle System Engineers who can take our advanced technology and deploy it around the world. On site - usually abroad - you are responsible for all activities around the installation-design, electrical and mechanical installation, commissioning and acceptance of our systems in the vehicle and at stops. Trapeze Vehicle System Engineers are key players in the successful rollout of systems, because they take personal responsibility for carrying out tests, troubleshooting, repair and all related tasks which culminate in a signed acceptance by the customer. Additionally, you use your hands-on system experience and excellent communication skills for training the employees of the customer in the installed components and systems. You also ensure timely creation of project documentation, like installation plans and corresponding drawings.
Our requirements!
We seek flexible and technically sound professionals that look forward to a dynamie and international environment to develop their career! We expect a technician degree or higher in the areas of electrical and communications engineering and at least 2 years of hands-on experience with electrical and electronic components, networking (LAN / Wireless LAN), structured cabling, designing cabling and connector plans, and using mobile radio devices. You feel comfortable discussing technical items with our customers. You are solution-oriented, work independently and possess language skills in Polish, English and German.
Work environment
Your home office would be in Wroclaw, Poland with approximately ~50% of your time travelling - mostly to EU countries.
